Required Deposit:
A $200.00 reservation/security deposit is required to confirm your reservation for a week and will be returned to you within 7 days after your departure date. (Each additional week will require an additional $200.00 deposit.)
Bookings for less than one week require a flat $100.00 deposit.
Full payment must be received 14 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
- Refund of deposit, less $35.00 processing fee, will be made for cancellations made 30 or more days prior to your reservation.
- There will be no refund of deposit if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to planned arrival date. (However, if the space is rebooked for your full time slot, a refund of deposit, less $35.00 processing fee, will be made, as a courtesy to you. If booked for less than the full time slot, refund will be prorated.)
- No-shows receive no refund.
