"NIGHTS AND BREAKFASTS TO REMEMBER".
This Plantation-Styled home is located halfway between Kona and Hilo in the historic Kau' district and commands a view of South Point - the southern most point in the U.S.A. Situated three blocks off Highway 11, between mile marker 77 and 78 in Ocean View, it is easy to find and hard to leave. Four restaurants are close by, for lunch and dinner. Laundromat, grocery store, gas station , etc, are also available.
The romantic-styled rooms feature a private entrance and bath, therapeutic beds and VCR for movies. The Great Room stores a video library and features a fireplace, lounge and card/game table. Library of books on Hawaiian Culture and History.
Guests can stroll the pink Hibiscus path to the Pavillion/Pool area which is equipped with Ping Pong, Barbecue and Hot Tub. The Planetarium style star show from the Hot Tub is awesome and can be enjoyed as the Hawaiians did 750 years ago, Satellite T.V., HorseShoes, Exercise tapes and Equipment.
In a Quiet, Peaceful atmosphere guests will be treated to the hospitality of hosts with an extensive background in the Travel Industry - who share their " Hawaiian Experience" and the secrets of the Big Island. It is possible to pick your own pineapple for breakfast from Martie's pineapple patch,
Easy drives will find guests at the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, green and Black sand beaches, City of Refuge (Pu'uhonua O Honaunau), Hookena Beach Park , Wood Valley Buddhist Temple and a Turtle refuge.
Hosts supply beach equipment, ice chests, snorkling gear. Martie will gladly arrange tours, Volcano flights and car rentals.

Rates & Guidelines
Room rates are $75 for a double and $70 for a single, extra person in room is $15. This is based on a two night minimum. The Hawaii tax is 11.67%, one night deposit required with confirmation. Cash, Personal Checks, Travelers Checks and Credit Cards. Minimum 2 week notice for refund of deposit. Ask for directions at the Gold Star Station in Ocean View on Hwy.11. Confirmation and directions will be sent upon receipt of credit card for guarantee or one night deposit.. Call the 1 800 688 1763 with credit card number.
